All of the Outlet Mall winders are louder than normal, but otherwise should perform mechanically as well as a new unit. If they fail mechanically within 90 days from invoice date, we will replace or repair at no charge. The refurbished watch winders are louder than normal, and some may have cosmetic blemishes or other minor deficiencies. Many of the shipping boxes have been recycled and may not look as pretty as our new boxes. But each product is checked by our German trained technicians and refurbished as may be required. Please understand that the watch winders also are being offered at a discount because they are not being offered with the same warranties or 30-day home trial as our factory-new winders, and are not eligible for our for our VIP Lifetime Warranty.
